Any person entering the school grounds for parking (via our parking partner, Diamond Car

Parks) does so on the basis of these terms and conditions. By entering the grounds, you are

deemed to have accepted the following:

1. Keep noise to a minimum during arrival and departure, especially in the evening.

2. Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided or take it away with you.

3. Do not exceed 5mph while on school property.

4. Park only in designated spaces and keep vehicles off all grassed areas.

5. The erection of awnings, gazebos, or similar structures is not permitted unless prior

written approval has been obtained from the School.

6. Fires, naked flames, barbecues, or any liquefied petroleum gas devices for cooking or

heating are strictly prohibited.

7. Anyone using glass bottles, glass containers, or cans within the grounds is responsible

for their safe use and disposal.

8. Charitable or other collections within the grounds are only permitted with specific

authorisation from the School.

9. Stewards may refuse admission or eject any person whose behaviour, in their

reasonable opinion, poses a danger, nuisance, or annoyance to others.

10. Animals or livestock are not permitted unless specifically authorised by the School in

advance.

11. Vehicles left after the designated closing time can only be collected by arrangement with

the School. Any costs incurred may be charged to the vehicle owner.

12. Do not play on or with equipment in the school playground.

13. Ball games or other games are not permitted within the school grounds.

14. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The School, Friends of Heathfield

School Partnership, and their agents accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage

to vehicles, contents, or individuals while on the premises.

15. Any damage to gates or school property will result in pursuit of financial

compensation for repairs.

16. Stewards and the School reserve the right to refuse admission or re-admission to anyone who does not comply with these terms

Our Twickenham Parking car parks are professionally manned from opening to closing with regular patrols. We hand select our car parks for convenience to avoid road closure zones and give easy access and exit from the car park. Our Twickenham parking coordinators will direct you to your space up on arrival and give you directions to the Big Game 17 – Harlequins v Bristol Bears game at Twickenham.
